We understand life happens and are happy to work with you through it all!

Whenever possible, please give us at least a 24-hour notice to cancel to avoid any late cancel or no-show fees.

Less than 24 Hours: $40 fee charged
No Show: Full Visit Fee

The WHY: Our cancellation policy honors both the time of patients on our waitlist & our physical therapists who take the time to prepare for each session.
