About Revival Physical Therapy & Wellness - Our Story
- Revival was founded in 2019, with a mission to help active adults and athletes get back to the workouts and sports they enjoy without surgery, stopping activities they love, or relying on pain medication. We have numerous relationships with gyms and fitness facilities in the area who trust us with their members/clients. With that being said, 100% of our patient population are active individuals who are having some type of pain or discomfort and are motivated to get back to exercising/moving pain free. Once patients are pain free and back to completing the activities they love we also offer strength & conditioning/personal training to help them remain strong and injury resilient in a safe and welcoming environment.
- Revival Physical Therapy & Wellness is an out-of-network physical therapy clinic that offers physical therapy, sports performance, and personal training services. By being out-of-network we can treat the patient as a whole and provide more optimal care for our patients. That means we work for the patient and not the insurance companies. We are committed to treating the cause of pain and not just the symptoms

About the role
We’re seeking a fitness focused, confident, and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team of world-class clinicians. Your day-to-day will involve treating a diverse caseload of dynamic individuals—from runners to weekend warriors—using our Revival Physical Therapy & Wellness 3-Step Therapy System. You’ll be a member of our Growth Team and will collaborate with local fitness professionals, check in with patients to ensure unparalleled care and cultivate a community presence through networking and referrals to accelerate our already rapid growth.
As a Physical Therapist at Revival Physical Therapy & Wellness, you’ll be plugged into a proven, but flexible patient success framework that guarantees a world-class experience for both you and the patient. - See a reasonable caseload of 6-8 clients per day, so that you go home feeling energized and happy about the work you did, instead of mentally or physically drained.
- Focus on your client – and spend a full 60 minute session with them one-on-one uninterrupted. No double bookings – ever

- Easy documentation: We are 100% out of network which means we do not have to cater to insurance companies

This full-time position will be responsible for:
Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs.
Customized Care Plans: Craft tailored treatment and maintenance programs that promote recovery and well-being.
Community Engagement: Step outside the clinic and join forces with fellow health professionals to share knowledge and spread wellness.
Sports Performance Programming: Develop cutting-edge sports performance programs to elevate athletes to their peak potential.
