Pete was extremely supportive and took the time to explain the mechanics of the exercises so I understood good form. This is very important in preventing injury. He’s also a very kind and compassionate trainer so if you’re starting off at a beginner fitness level you won’t be intimidated but he’s well versed in many fitness modalities too so if you want to get to that advanced level he can get you there. I’d highly recommend working with the Revival team.
